Mother nature is conspiring against our little event this year, and regrettably we must postpone the Chamois Time Mtn TT once again.
Due to the rain we received last night, the trails are closed, so we’ll try again next week. Note, however, that we are shooting for a THURSDAY evening date, not the usual Wednesday evening.
- New race date: THURSDAY, June 30th, 2016
As always, check the race page and Facebook for any updates.
Thanks to everyone who came out to officiate, volunteer, and race. A big THANK YOU to the of town Hills and the neighborhood for hosting us as well. We had a blast and appreciate everyone who made this event possible. Results are now posted.
Its that time of year again: 2016 Kit Order!
How do I order?
What size and types of Kits should I order?

Any comments on clothing style (chamois type, kit length – baggy), please send an email to email@example.com
When are orders and payment due?
When will kits arrive?
Kits should arrive prior to the first race of year which is around early March.
Notifications will be sent when kit arrive and pick-up locations will be at the shop on a designated night. If you can’t make that night, other arrangements can be made.
How do I join Iowa City Cycling Club?
Are the Kit graphics and style going to change?
What does Geoff’s Bike and Ski get out of this?
Despite our best efforts, we still can’t control the weather. And, despite a lack of recent rain, water levels along the original course are too high to safely run the race. As such, we’ve implemented an alternate route.
The alternate course will be an out and back format on Amana Road. Route map and details can be found here.
Dust off those cross bikes, and get ready for a guaranteed good time! Our sponsor Millstream Brewing is letting us host an event this Sunday, Sept. 6th. Come on out and ride some of the area’s most fun and challenging gravel around, check out the race page for all the details.
